"The bathtub in the bathroom was clogged with hair and was not draining properly. Upon notification to the front desk, I was provided with a plunger to address the issue personally. This experience was not what I anticipated from a hotel stay. The pool was satisfactory, the breakfast was adequate, and the linens had noticeable black marks, resembling pen ink. Regrettably, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"Second stay split over a week. Great price is what makes it score higher. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Served its purpose for a stay in Latham - I would stay again if got a good deal on price. Property could do with some love. It is a dog friendly property - out of staff control but dogs barking all day in rooms, late at night as well with owners yelling at dogs as they ran down corridor.
