I transcended my world weariness and stepped into a starship docked between now and then--perfectly appointed and comfy rooms, antiques a gleaming. Perfect weather, fall views added to the tranquility. I stepped even further back into time watching Sorry, Wrong Number and Kubrick's Killers before I dozed off and woke up to forest views w/bit of shimmering lake, had lunch at the restaurant and resumed my journey

This was located in the heart of the Wine Trail on Seneca Lake. Beautiful views - quiet and comfortable. Will be coming back to stay here for sure!

More Handicap parking closer to entrance would be nicer. The staff saw me struggling to walk with my cane so a employee ran over with a wheel chair and took me all the way to our room and said we can keep it till we check out. She also went back and found the foot pads for the chair which made it easier to elevate the legs. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was delicious. The staffs were also approachable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

What was unique about the property was the friendly staff. Always available and privately owned. They could not have been any more gracious and welcoming. What we didn't like was that the walls between the rooms were very thin. You could hear everything from the room next door.

Sixth year fishing the salmon river, I come up from NJ for a few days. This is the best hotel by far I have stayed in very pleased with everything. Will not stay anywhere else when fishing on the salmon river. Great location on the river is a plus also.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!

La Tourelle is a beautiful hotel with attentive staff. They took all measures to keep staff and visitors safe.

We came when the hotel had been open only 13 days. Everything is brand new. They are working out minor kinks but the staff was very nice and working hard to make everything perfect.

Every inch of this place is beautiful. And smells heavenly. Excellent food at both rose garden & the sand bar. Adorable s’mores kits for the kids with fires. We loved it!

The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Keurig provided in room and 24 hr hot coffee/tea bar in the lobby, which was also super clean. Did not wake up in time for breakfast so unsure what is served but it is included. All the staff were so nice and welcoming - especially the night desk attendant!
