"The room was spotless, the guesthouse cozy, and the experience awesome. Only thing I’d change, there was a bright florescent light right outside our window, was like sleeping on the sun (in November), even with the blinds closed. Also it was SUPER hot. Had to open the window to make it sleepable. "

"Askot Cottage was amazing! We definitely wished we had stayed more than one night. Directions were clear, property was well illuminated, and entry was easy. I appreciated the fact that each cottage has its own EV charger and washer/dryer combo. We also had a great view of the northern lights during our stay! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the lakehouse. It is pretty isolated, but the farm is close enough if you need anything. We loved being able to relax and the peace and calm of the location. The hot tub was wonderful and clean; we used it every morning and every night. The beds were also very comfortable. My husband fell in love with the heated floors, pretty sure he wanted to sleep on them instead of the bed. You will need to rent a car to stay here, but it's in a great location to take day trips to waterfalls, volcanoes, and Reykjavík."
