"I stayed in three different hotels during my trip to Peru, and Sonesta was by far my favorite. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is about a 15–20 minute walk from the main plaza, which made it pleasantly quieter at night compared to more central hotels. The free breakfast buffet was easily the best I had on the trip both in variety and quality and helped cut down on food costs during the day. "We stayed in one of the Andean cottages for two nights, which was a perfect place to relax in between exploring the nearby villages, Moray ruins and Maras salt pans. The food was delicious and we especially loved the complimentary breakfast buffet! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautifully landscaped.
