Brickdust and cement powder surrounded the entire hostel as there were major and VERY noisy construction work being done to the building. Avoid this place if you can."

"This is not a Hotel, this is a room in an old building, in an area that has disco in both sides of the street, super noisy and in a shady part of the city.The street is extremely dirty and there was needles and garbage everywhere, in fact right in front the entrance. I did not stay there because I did not feel secure in that place, so did not have even do the check-in. "
