"This hotel was a bit hard to get to with 3 luggages to cart around (transferring from JR line to Tobu-Nikko line). However, the hotel staff helped us organised to transfer our luggages to our next hotel in Osaka (additional fees but so worth it for us and we were able to enjoy the Nikko area more freely). "My husband and i likes it very much.. its a self service check in/out. It has washing machine, kitchen that u can cook and bbq grill and it has private onsen too but we didn’t use it coz it’s cold outside. This room can fit 5-7 people. The thing that I don’t like was the cleaner keeps on trying to open our door when it’s not yet check-out time. But overall we liked it."
