"I was in town for a work continuing education. I needed a small, clean, safe place to stay for 2 days. The apartment was perfect. It was within a mile of my class site. It was clean, easy to find and safe. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs that I had. I will definitely recommend this host to other and will reach out to them again if I need a place to stay in that area in the future."

"Rented a place for the week. Location was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently located to the things we wanted to spend our time doing. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. He had a little AC issue and WiFi connectivity issue upon arrival, but the property managers responded promptly and had things fixed for us ASAP."

"I get my grown kids together once a year and the Riv is their choice! There's so much to do - swimming, playing (pickle ball was the thing this year), evenings relaxing on the patio, eating s'mores, and mornings having breakfast on the porch watching the sunrise. This is our 3rd visit and we're already looking forward to next year!"

"It’s a really beautiful place! We loved our time there and will most definitely come back. Cynthia was really great to work with, helped with all our questions beforehand, while we were there and so quick replying when we had questions. The water was amazing. Deep, so just plan for that if you have little kids. All of our crew LOVED it!! We got to relax so much and enjoy the clean beautiful water without any crowds."

"This is our 2nd stay at 4Maples. We stayed back in 2017 also. It’s perfect. The location is great and they have everything you could want or need. We were worried that we wouldn’t have any water but there was plenty in front of the house to play in. One of my favorite rentals by far!"
