"For someone who travels at least 100 days a year and owns boutique hotels, I arrived at the Hotel with modest expectations, especially after reading a few negative reviews beforehand. But the reality was far better than what I had anticipated. The staff were impressively well-trained, attentive, and genuinely warm. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and the service was smooth, professional, and consistently thoughtful. I didn’t encounter a single issue worth noting. As a hotel owner, I pay attention to details — and here, the details were truly handled well. The experience exceeded my expectations across the board, and the negative reviews I read simply did not match what I witnessed. Overall, I left very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. I would absolutely stay here again."

"I recently stayed at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for two weeks and am pleased to share that my experience was exceptional. The staff members demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and attentiveness throughout my stay. I would like to especially highlight Bahar Kiyany, the Guest Relations Manager, who managed our hosting services with warmth and friendliness. Her attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at all times. Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment."

"First time in Turkey and grateful we stayed in Union Hotel Port for couple of days. As soon as we arrived, lady staff was so pleasant, nice, friendly and accommodating. All of them stand out, excellent and top notch with each own expertise of work. Sam was one of them. He was very helpful on our last day by assisting our transportation to the port. He was really a great entertainer not only to our group but also to other guests. The room was small but it was clean. No opportunity to avail the amenities. Thank you Union Hotel employees, keep it up the great work! You all rock! "
