"We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 8-11. When we got to the room the sink would not drain, there was no hand soap and the container for the shower gel was empty. When we called to have these issues resolved, there was no initial response. The second time we called we requested a different room (one with a working sink), they said they did not have availability. Finally, a nice gentleman from maintenance was able to repair the sink but I ended up providing my own soap... On the first day we stayed,...

"Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!"
