"This is a modern hotel and is themed around Italian cinema due to its location. The rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. The location is good for metro, it’s about a 5/10 minute walk to a station and then 20 mins into Rome centre. The area around the hotel looks run down but the hotel is good. Breakfast is the usual continental with some hot eggs and bacon. Rooms on the back have balconies and a better view this does mean some residents go out on them to smoke and talk late at night. All in all a decent hotel and the staff are very good."

"The view from our room was stunning. Very spacious quiet hotel with beautiful vintage furnishings, excellent breakfasts and comfortable bed. Lots of available parking near the entrance. The wifi was very spotty especially in our room. Hallways were dimly lit. Overall a great stay in Friscati."

"the staff here are amazing!! they are willing to help and are super friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with breads, sweats, cereals, vegetables and your regular breakfast sides (egg, beans, bacon). they have a coffee machine and togo cups available as well. there’s a snack and water vending machine on the ground floor as well. they also have a morning and night shuttle that takes you to and from a train station if you are planning to go visit any of the tourist sites. the slots do fill up quickly tho, with the maximum of 8 people i believe, so be sure to let the front desk know asap. also a side note, if you are coming from the US do not order uber eats at 2am! lol i know it is normal to do so in the US but this hotel has a no outside food policy and after night time (not sure exactly what time) they will lock the doors as well."

"I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star hotel. MetroC is 10min walk, just not safe at night."

"We booked a king bed room and paid $190 per night and we were given a small room with double size bed. Everything is clean , AC and water is good. We didn’t have breakfast there. "

"Clean room but not in a great location at all. Some of the lights didn’t work well and air conditioner didn’t work. Overall experience was good just could use some touch ups. "

"Bedroom was tired along with bathroom. The shower head didn’t work well and the shower holder was broken. Some kind of leak into my bedroom from bathroom through wall. Shower drain was blocked and started to flood when I pull it out it was very unclean. Bath towels had seen better day. Overall it was ok. But for the brand not what I’d expect."
