"Some very small issues arose. Internet was down for 1 night but was resolved the next day and worked very well Stove had to be lite manually. Fridge was cool not cold enough for some items to be keep fresh for more than 1 day. Freezer was great. Owner I’m sure will get a new fridge. Outside of the building was a little unkept. "My husband and I stayed for almost a month and just returned yesterday. Nicola was most gracious and helpful and the little apt had everything we needed. Just a minor point to make---Other than the kitchen table and a single chair by a lamp, there is no sitting area but the 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Over all, we were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rebook in the future. Grazie, Nicola!"

"We stayed for 7 nights and were overall very happy. The location is on first floor and 7 minutes walk from Metro station Punto Lungo on line A with all tourist destinations along. The host was very helpful. The little things the tourist needs like map to get navigation going and information on metro was very much appreciated. The location has a couple of stores to buy food nearby and a handfull ofcafes around. Typical Rome, basically. If you need to park your car like we did there plenty if...

"The room was spacious with an en suite bathroom. There was only one other room that was being rented out and we could use the kitchen and facility at our leisure. The Host was great with communication and there was a lovely garden area in the back to sit in with tables. The host left us an assortment of breakfast items to help ourselves with and coffee and teas. we loved our stay and it was conveniently close to the metro to go to other locations in Rome."
