"We knew this hotel from when we had stayed a year ago. Oh how low it has fallen! No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees ) We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience. Will not come back again."

"We came back again! We discovered this time the spa with saunas! Amazing ! Everything and everywhere is so clean and neat. Staff is absolutely amazing! "The whole resort was first class, staff were friendly, breakfast provided was excellent. The rooms were as described with perfect daily cleaning. The garden areas were immaculate, the mix of palm trees and conifers was just right, giving a picturesque view throughout. The location was ideal for an amount of local facilities and a fair walk into the centre. Would highly recommend."
