"Our group of thirteen (ranging in ages 4-80) stayed at the Mountain Modern chalet for 5 nights at the beginning of May to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. "Ben and his team are fantastic hosts - house is every bit as good if not better than described on the website - we were there over the Dec holidays and the house was beautifully decorated for the season. We had 10 people and still had two empty bedrooms - plenty of space for everyone - would recommend to anyone and would stay again."

"Had a blast, it's in a very convenient location close to Nita Lake Lodge, and there's lots of restaurants closeby. Check in was a breeze, Jozephina was lovely to communicate with, and we had everything we needed. A lot of stairs to go up, but considering how heavy the wedding meals were, it was welcome in this case. If wearing heels, toss them in a bag and bring them with you."

A few things I would have liked to have known before arrival: You have to bring your own firewood, paper towels, compost bags and recycling containers.
