"Room was gross and dirty hotel needs a refresh restaurant was good"

"There is a hidden fee of $185 a night deposit on to of what you pay for the night. U have to use your hotel card to work the lights and tv. No outlet to charge your phone in room. Just not a great hotel. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet (on 20th floor), beautiful lobby, wonderful location, gorgeous views in and around property. Loved the harbour front walkway. Would stay there again."

"Room was very spacious and clean although slightly dated. Beds were super comfy. Pool is not worth the visit (in basement and very dingy) unless you have children and want a bit of entertainment for them. Bar and restaurant are great and food delicious, although service was slow which resulted in us cancelling our dessert. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room was very handy as we were travelling for a few weeks however TV and computer advertised as time fillers while waiting for your laundry were all out of service. Hotel is well positioned to access downtown, Stanley Park and the Aquarium. "
