"This was our first time in Paris. Great view from hotel. Only had 2 days but the area was easily accessible. Took the TOOT bus tour and boat ride. Loved that we could do some much in 2 days. Burger place "

"We arrived at the hotel quite early (9:30ish am) and both the valet (Lou) and the person at the front desk (Celine) was terrific. Greeting us and going out of their way to both take our rental car to allow us to check in, and to find us a room (to freshen up) as our reserved room wasn’t available yet. Also had a drink in the restaurant before heading out and the staff were all extremely gracious and accommodating. The problem was that after we met friends for dinner and were out till late. Upon arrival back in the room to sleep we discovered that the sheet under the comforter had some older stains on it. It was too late and we were exhausted to call the front desk so I put a large bath towel over it and we went to bed. Didn’t mention it to the front desk as we had to leave early to keep up with our planned itinerary. Wanted to mention this in my comments as I’m sure the management in this fine hotel would be appalled with this and appreciate the feedback. It’s unfortunate as everything else with our short stay was exceptional. "

If I had to be picky, for a hotel charging over €200 per night, it would be nice to have filtered water replenished daily rather than just one bottle for the entire stay. A couple of minor issues worth noting: the phone in room 304 wasn’t working, and the shower door didn’t fully close. Neither caused any real inconvenience, but thought it was worth mentioning."
