"We were very happy with the Zocalo Central Hotel. The staff was great, friendly, and professional. We liked that they had bottled water that was easy to get whenever we needed it. The included Caffe was a great option for snacks and quick meals. The included breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant has the greatest views of the Zocalo Center and Cathedral. We will definitely choose this hotel again soon."

"Stayed there for a week . Hotel is in an upscale Roma Norte . It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect .
