"The housekeeping and maintenance staff are absolutely the best! I stopped a member of the housekeeping staff in the hallway to ask for some assistance with the climate control in my room. Within 5 minutes there was a maintenance employee at my door with a heater for me. The lobby check in is a bit snobby. But overall everyone was professional and efficient. The facilities need some updating. One electrical outlet in my room wasn't fully attached to the wall and the minibar frig didn't really chill anything. "

"This place was so beautiful—a real gem in the heart of the historic area of M. City. Our suite was so sexy—very much exceeded our expectations. My only criticism was the AC was loud (fan needs to be calibrated—sounded like it was rubbing something) and it didn’t seem to do much cooling. But, we kept the windows open to the outside and luckily it wasn’t too hot. "
