Manolis est un hôte accueillant, nous avons eu droit à une omelette lors de notre premier petit dejeuner et un repas avec des spécialités pour tous les hôtes de ses maisons. Un moment inoubliable qui restera gravé dans nos esprits. Si vous cherchez un logement pas loin de Matala, allez-y les yeux fermés !!!!!"

"A lovely traditional house in a typical Cretan village away from the tourist hotspots. Our host spoke good English and was very welcoming and helpful. The bakery sells wonderful trays of Baklava which we enjoyed on our spacious roof terrace, a great place for breakfast too. "

"Stunning property in a newly restored old house. Beautiful, spacious and well-appointed room. The common areas were comfortable and there was a lovely balcony. The breakfast which was beautifully served on the balcony was beyond compare. Local, fresh, and delicious Cretan treats. Archanes is close to Heraklion and the palace of Knossos and had plenty of dining options. We were in Greece for three weeks and our night at Carpe Diem was probably our best stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. "
