Und hat die Unterkunft in der Nähe von Venedig sehr gefallen. Große Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Vor allem: Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sofort eine persönliche Atmosphäre schafft. Dann das tolle Frühstück in wählbaren Variationen. Leider konnten wir das Restaurant, das sehr gemütlich ist, wegen einer Familienfeier nicht nutzen und bewerten.Das machen wir das nächste Mal.

Great spot - high end rooms, friendly check in, great breakfast, a bit hard to find- make sure u have gps! We stayed for a night prior to cruising out of Venice - a bit pricey at €100 euros

Hotel did not provide invoice on check. That would be a nice addition to it service. As I was traveling for business, having official invoice would have been preferred. I was told the invoice will be emailed to me by Expedia. I still do not have the invoice. I would like to use this opportunity to ask that my invoice be emailed to me.

Café da manhã a La Carte FANTASTICO!

Lugar acolhedor, limpo, silencioso e com um atendimento excelente, ótimo custo beneficio, fica um pouquinho distante do centro Veneza porém acesso fácil se estiver de carro, agora vale salientar que o café da manhã é espetacular, pense em uma tiazinha Italianona BACANA é ela quem cuida do café da manhã uma maravilha, peça doces caseiros deliciosos e lindos.

An inn at a working vineyard, close to Venice

I stayed one night in this Agriturismo while passing through northern Italy, and I was glad to have found it. The inn is fairly new and is surrounded by the family's working vineyard. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the bathroom spotless. The breakfast (included) was cooked to order and served in a lovely, homey restaurant decorated with old farm implements. The Agriturismo is conveniently located; close enough to Venice that you can easily drive there and leave your car in the Tronchetto parking lot for the day while you explore the city, while retreating back to a quiet, safe refuge for the night. I appreciate the "family" feel of this inn and I would definitely stay here again.

Change of pace from the standard hotel

We found this "farm B&B" through search parameters, free wifi, parking and $$ range. After reading the reviews, it was easy to decide to try it. The GARMIN sent us right to the address (must use the correct zip code) which is approx 20 minutes from Venice and is next to a vineyard full of Malbec grapes, which were harvested the day we were there. There are two buildings (old and new). We had a room in the new one and were very pleased, so much so we spent another night. Air conditioning works well and the bathroom had a nice shower. The room had a couch and a nice bed, TV, small fridge and tile floor. The owners were very accommodating. The wife speaks English and will show you how to take the public transportation to Venice. If you're afraid to use buses and trams in a foreign country, drive your car nearest to the city and pay $$ for parking. We spent euro 6.00 for the round trip. You can reserve a place for dinner at the hotel @ 8pm. Breakfast was included and was FANTASTIC. We would not hesitate to use this place, again.

Great if you have a car

This hotel is a family run business. It is a large suburban property with a gate and plenty of parking. I suspect they inherited this house and converted it to a hotel. They live here. They only have eight rooms so it is very private. The family takes customer service very seriously. Be aware that there is a $15 surcharge per person past two which is not displayed in the hotels.com app. From this hotel, by car, I could get to parking at the grand canal in Venice in 20 minutes; primarily driving on freeways. They have air conditioning. They have wifi in your room; although it comes and goes. This is a great place! If you do not have a car I doubt this is the place for you.

Ho usufruito di questo agriturismo per una notte, durante una trasferta per lavoro. L'esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva. In quanto AGRITURISMO non stiamo parlando di un Hotel, quindi i servizi come reception o presenza dei gestori per eventuali necessità sono da concordare direttamente sul posto ma vi è senza dubbio ottima disponibilità. Camera grande, finiture recenti, bagno privato molto comodo. Pulizia OK. La colazione viene fatta al momento a seconda delle proprie richieste, non vi è quindi un buffet. Personalmente la trovo una scelta intelligente dal punto di vista qualitativo ed etico (indubbiamente garantisce meno sprechi), a discapito della "rapidità" mattutina. Ambiente molto tranquillo. Consigliato

Great Stay

Everything was fantastic. Big Rooms, AC worked great since it was warm at this time. Parking for our car was great. The service from the family was always great. The breakfast was home-cooked local stuff and fantastic. This is about 20 minutes from Venice but was easy to get to.
