  • Elegant apartment in authentic Venetian style, located just 100 metres from St Mark's Square, in the heart of Venice's most exclusive area. The apartment is on the third floor, easily accessible thanks to the lift, a rare convenience in the city. Comprising a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, an additional small lounge that can also be used as a wardrobe, and two bathrooms with bathtub. An extra bed is available upon request, with a maximum capacity of 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Beautiful 3 bdrm apartment just minutes away from San Marco piazza and St Mark’s Basilica. High end shops nearby with plenty of restaurants. Apartment has an elevator which is needed being on the 3rd floor. A/c wasn’t working but host provided fans for the rooms.

This place was beautiful and so convenient to everything. We’ve never been to Venice and was not sure how close to water taxis. Stefano helped us get transport to the room and then met us to show the room. He suggested good places to eat. He even secured early morning transport to the airport. Our visit was quick but beautiful and memorable. Thank you for everything. Only down side was it was warm. But it was warm at each of the 3 homes we stayed in this trip , Rome, Florence and Venice. One bedroom had no air flow but the teen said the fan was enough for her. The other two bedrooms were cool.

obtaining the key was incredibly complicated. communication was not clear. ended up having to be walked through where to locate the key. the description was completely misleading. there was only working AC in one of 3 bedrooms and none in the living room which for a family - you then cannot congregate together in any space. the pillows were dingy and stained. there was rust and mold in the brown restroom. the fans were not effective in moving air throughout. the towels were stained and dingy. I have never stayed in an vrbo that was described in a way that was completely misleading from reality. would not recommend to anyone.

The apartment was very clean and exactly like the description. It was conveniently located near the San Marco water taxi stop. It is in a "more expensive" area, we were surrounded by designer stores and ristorantes, but that added to the charm. There is a small elevator in the building that fits 1 person and 2 large suitcases, or 2 people. That is convenient, as the apartment is on the third floor.The host team was very responsive to communications, which was nice as we learned that running too many appliances (washer and the stove) would trip the main breakers. They also fixed a broken light in the bathroom the day of when we contacted them.This was a great place to stay. Perfect size for a large group of people (we were 6 in total) in a nice location.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The host was very responsive. The only issue we had was that our usual navigation app had no idea how to find the apartment based on the address. Once we switched to another app we had no issues finding it.

Nice place in great location

Great stay for us. Only notes to make— a) beds are all very firm b) there are not true shower heads, we made it work, but guests should be aware of this tidbit. There is a hand held, just not a traditional shower head. Again, not enough to knock the place, as you can see from my ratings.

The property location was amazing! Unfortunately the rest didn’t measure up. The apartment was not very clean and even though there are 2 bathrooms neither had a working shower. I did call to have the shower fixed and someone responded the following day but we were left for almost 2 days without a working shower. The housekeeping should have noticed the broken shower head and stand as it was very obvious and should have been repaired prior to our arrival. There was also a lot of hair and dirt in the bathroom which made me question the cleaning all around. It does advertise air conditioning but there are just single units in 2 of the bedrooms so the third bedroom and main area are not AC. We visited in July so were very hot and uncomfortable without AC or a working shower. I would not recommend staying here during hot summer months. Besides the location , the elevator was great as well as the laundry but the rest was not worth the price.

Great Location - Unique Apartment

We had a fabulous stay, we loved the Victorian style accommodation and in the weirdest way we felt at home, so much that my 82 year old father wanted to stay for the rest of his life. My only complaint is that although immaculately clean there seemed to be accumulated dust on the beautiful walls and under the chest which caused us to have allergies. Thank goodness they left a handy dust mop for under the chest. We highly recommend.

A week in Venice

Just about perfect. Has elevator, wifi, some english tv, galley kitchen ( coffee maker & fridge most importantly), 2 bedrooms rooms with A/C 1 without however lots of fans & was not uncomfortable for July. The "junk" room is a functioning laundry room, working washer, drying rack and iron & board. Bathrooms were satisfactory and the towels and had complimentary soap, shampoo etc. Getting the key from the lockbox was easy, fyi every "street in Venice is an alley". Less than 5 minute walk to ACTV ( Vaporetto) station and the Alilaguna Blue Line if your coming from Marco Polo airport. If you have traveled to Europe before and know that 500 year old buildings have their plumbing, electrical, lift and HVAC added in the last century and have few nuances then you will enjoy your stay.

Great value, great location, meh AC

The apartment was as advertised - the photos accurately depict the apartment and there was even an extra room. The location is incredible and for the price was exactly what we needed. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The check-in was exactly as described, although it definitely had an escape room feel when accomplishing at night (finding two addresses, using two different codes to retrieve a key for an apartment in a different building), but it was exactly as detailed and we had fun with it. The only issue we had was the air conditioning- it is a single window unit in the master bedroom, with no other units in the apartment. The master was comfortably cool the whole time during a very hot week. The second and third bedrooms were very warm, even with doors open and the single fan running we could find. Our teens had no issues sleeping, but I’m not sure I could have slept in there. Bottom line - we loved our stay, it was priced properly for the value and location, and its single window AC may be a concern during hot months for an older crowd.

This was a terrible apartment and experience; the pictures did not match at all, they must have used an extra-wide-angle lens. I don't even know where to begin, one of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, they have a junk room in the apartment, which is very unappealing, the shower is very poorly designed and has minimal space, if you are a big and or tall person you will have a hardtime in this bathroom, the towels provided were small and very thin. The check-in process is the worst I have ever experienced. To start you have to go to a drop box location to pick up the keys which is in a very dark and unpleasant alleyway, there was trash all over the place and it smelled terrible at this location (very scary), then you have to go back to the apartment to enter. I would not pay the amount asked for this apartment and would not return for sure. Sorry for this review, but as described online I expected so much more.
