Bel appartement. Bonnes musiques, jolis dessins, agréables arts japonais …en somme, good vibes. Par contre, y'a comme un peu de retenue sur l'art culinaire… : pas de four ni de cocotte pour mijoter, pas de lave- vaisselle (bon ça, pourquoi pas …;) et mais où est donc l'épluche légumes ? - Bon, on s'est tout de même assez bien débrouillés pour cuisiner les bons produits de la petite épicerie/primeurs du coin de cet agréable quartier familial à deux pas de la Biennale.

Bel appartement au calme

Nous avons passé 4 jours avec nos enfants jeunes adultes dans ce grand appartement très agréable. Situé après les jardins de la biennale,très calme et facile d'accès avec le vaporetto

Punaises de lit/ Bedbugs

Mon mari et moi avons été piqué à plusieurs endroits au haut du corps durant la nuit et après consultation on nous a dit qu'il s'agit de piqûre de punaises de lit. Les propriétaires ont retenus une partie du dépôt parce qu'on n'avait pas fermé les volets métalliques des fenêtres. On ne les a pas fermé car quand la personne à l'accueil les a ouverts on n'a vu qu'ils étaient brisés et on n'a pas voulu y toucher de peur d'aggraver la situation. Nous sommes très déçus de ce séjour. My husband and I were stung at several places on the upper body during the night and after consultation we were told that it was a bedbug sting. The owners have retained a part of the deposit because we had not closed the metal shutters of the windows. We did not close them because when the person at the reception opened them we did not see that they were broken and we did not want to touch them for fear of aggravating the situation. We are very dissapointed eith this stay.

Loved the apartment. Quiet and nice view of trees in the park. There is an interior room too. Really cool kitchen and living room. The apartment also has a washing machine. The water taxi is right outside.

Wir waren eine Woche im April in der Wohnung. Es war sehr schön für unser fünfjähriges Kind, weil in der Wohnung viel Platz war. Außerdem gibt es einen Spielplatz im Park vor dem Haus.

Great location

We loved the location. It is close to a water bus stop (we bought day passes for our three day stay). It is very far from the train station and a decent distance from San Marco. Both of these were positive attributes for us. A handful of good local dining choices are a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. It was quiet but not completely isolated. The apartment is amazing. Very high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and the balcony doors open easily. They had a coffee maker and fresh coffee ready for us. The lift works and the building was very quiet. If you have never slept on a traditional futon, be prepared for the hardest night of your life. The mattress is really hard and totally unforgiving. We dreaded going to bed the second night. The futon is right there in the pictures so we were warned. I guess futons in the US are different. Overall we really enjoyed the views and location. The host’s decorations were basic and perfunctory The architecture and natural old world charm of the building far outweigh any criticism, however. We had a great time and felt safe and comfortable here.

Un séjour merveilleux !

Très bel appartement : spacieux, bien décoré , un cadre magnifique . Il est situé à l écart du flot des touristes exactement ce que nous souhaitions. Il y a un jardin en bas où les enfants peuvent jouer et un petit café très agreable.

The location is ideal for a real Italian holiday in Venice , the inside atmosphere of the Appart makes it cosy and chic . I would stay there for life . Hope to come back soon.
