I only stayed one night. I would recommend this hotel to college students. It was very convenient and the staff was efficient, but the pillow was so very nasty and it was really noisy. I could literally hear every shower running, door closing, conversations and some weird screeching sound coming from the room next to me. I had to turn the TV on to drown them out. I was finally able to fall asleep around 3am and then a fire alarm went off at 5:30am. Again that pillow needs to be burned. Everything else was decent and appeared clean.

Good breakfast, friendly staff and great location but rooms were much too hot even after staff had switched off my heating. (Visited mid April - apparently air conditionally wasn’t up and running yet) Unable to open the window at night because of the Mosquitoes.

Pleasant Hotel in Venice

Pros: The hotel is very clean and cared for. It is near public transport, and there several dining options nearby. The breakfast is very good with considerable choices. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. Cons: The furnishings are basic college dormitory, the beds are not comfortable. The walls are thin, and the hotel is pretty noisy.
