Das Hotel liegt zentral. Durch Acqua Alta war der Strom für mindestens 15 Std ausgefallen. Es gab keine LED Lampen für die Badezimmer. Es war ein Ausnahmezustand, daher bin ich früher als geplant abgereist.

A night and day in Venice

The room was clean but the tiny TV did not work nor was the Wifi working all times, not very strong reception. The hosts were nice enough but did not go out of their way to provide info / sites for touring. Breakfast was varied but good.

everything was very good except the shower was not seperate from the toilet meaning the shower water falls into same area as toilet bowl. i recommend seperate shower. everything else in the hotel was good.

Duas alegrias: quando chega e quando vai embora!

Reservamos duas noites, pagas no ato da reserva. Nos deram um quarto com vista para o canal. Amei! Notamos o ar condicionado central fraco, e o dia estava muito quente, mais de 30°! Às 3 da manhã, acordamos suando, mal saía vento do ar condicionado. Meu marido foi na recepção, onde o rapaz dormia, também todo suado, pois a recepção estava quente. Meu marido teve dificuldade em acordá-lo. Ao fazer a queixa, o rapaz não ligou muito mas nos deu a chave de um outro quarto. Fomos para lá, onde o ar condicionado funcionava pouco, porém melhor que o quarto anterior. No dia seguinte, resolvemos procurar outro hotel, pois há vários na região, mesmo preço e melhores condições. Mas para piorar, além de NÃO devolverem o dinheiro da segunda estadia que não usamos, nem pediram desculpas e ainda nos cobraram a taxa municipal do segundo dia! Eu já tinha lido comentários desse hotel, ter problemas com ar condicionado. Fico imaginando no inverno, a calefação falhando! Sinceramente, há muitas outras opções. Eu fui pro Hotel Guerrini, onde o ar condicionado estava perfeito e a internet com alta velocidade!

El hotel esta bien en general , a falta de mantenimiento por el tiempo, el baño que nos toco tenia el techo bastante humedad y la habitación le hacia falta pintarla un poco al igual que las zonas comunes. Falta de mantenimiento en general. Desayuno y atención del personal muy buena.

it's not that clean, a typical 3star hotel. basic breakfast, i wouldn't pay the extra for breakfast next time, would find better things to eat as there are many cafe's and restaurants around. staff were very nice, the location is great but other than that it is just good enough for a place to sleep.

A blessing in disguise!

This place was a blessing to us. We stopped here for just one night on our way to the Almafi Coast. Originally, we were going to head straight there, but considering the long flight, we felt best to stay in the Naples area before heading out. Let me start by saying this was the best help we had from hotel staff during our time in Italy. Probably the best I've ever experienced. They helped us with directions, bus and train routes, ferry service, made a few calls and printed us time sheets. Multiple staff went out of their way to help us not only while in Naples, but while we traveled to our next destination. I cannot say enough about the great service we experienced. (By the way, call the hotel for their shuttle service, DO NOT use a taxi from the airport. Their rate was about half of what a taxi would charge). A few other wonderful details: The free breakfast is delicious! You have to try the fresh squeezed orange juice. They get them from Sorrento, which is known for its citrus. They also have a wonderful restaurant on the upstairs balcony, the lighting and ambiance is gorgeous. As far as location, this hotel is literally across the street from the Herculaneum ruins, near the base of Mount Vesuvius, in close proximity to Pompeii, and just outside of the main Naples area. You will be close to both train and buses that can take you to local destinations, and ones farther out. If we ever cone back to Naples, we will be staying here without a doubt.
