Fantastic place would definitely recommend. Bus to Venice 1 min walk away and Train Station 5 minutes if you want to leave Venice for a day trip. Family who ran are incredibly friendly and they take very good care of the place. Can easily recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay.

I walked into a room that was for a family with children, as it was the last one I could book when I booked it. I was so thrilled as it was spacious and had a wonderful comfortable large bed all for me! I told the inn keeper that if someone came along and they needed that room I would take a smaller one just to give them that option? They did not need to but the smaller rooms would have been fine. Lovely light big rooms and I slept like a baby. The bathroom was also spacious!

Good Value Room with Easy Access to Venice

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with the host friendly and helpful. The property is well located for travel into Venice, being located almost adjacent to a bus stop with a direct frequent service into the city. It is also only a short 5 minute walk to Mestre rail and bus stations (and the express bus to Marco Polo Airport). Although the room would have benefitted from a kettle or tea/coffee making facilites and alos a chair to sit on, overall the room was good value for Mestre. I would have no reservations of staying again.

Affordable, clean, and easy location. Responsive and attentive staff. Make note of extra fees for additional guests, late arrival, baggage storage,etc. Could benefit from implementing self-check-in to save extensive communication about arrival.

Comodo da raggiungere, questo B&B è pulito, delle giuste dimensioni per un piccolo soggiorno a Venezia. Zona in comune dove prendere un caffè ed un frigorifero dove depositare i propri prodotti . Peccato non ci fosse un piccolo freezer dove depositare i propri ghiaccioli per borse termiche

Primero quiero destacar a Mauro que fue sensacional en cada duda, cada paso a seguir, cada necesidad mas alla de mi estadía!!! Gracias por tanto. El lugar se veía aun mucho mas hermoso que en las fotos. La habitación enorme, impecable en su limpieza, sabanas, toallas, mantas, colchon, almohadas!!! Un lujo haber pasado 4 noches en su hotel. Sin dudas volvería a parar aca. Fue un placer, una maravilla haber elegido este lugar y ni que hablar que a menos de media cuadra paraban los micros y trenes a todas partes. Venecia en 15 minutos, shoppings en 15 minutos. La estacion central de tren a 300 mts.
