This property is a little away from the most popular attractions which in this case was extremely nice. The area where we stayed was much calmer, accessible and relaxed then anything near the basilica or bridge. Access, breakfast and the courtyard were all exceptional. Highly recommend it, especially if you want something a little more intimate and quieter.

The apartment was great. A lot of space and very clean. The beds are very firm. It was difficult having to bring your luggage to check in, then to the apartment then back to the hotel to check out. The bell hops are not allowed to help with your bags.

A little gem in Venice

This little hotel is updated and clean. The staff is wonderful and the room was huge! Breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The hotel is off the main square so it’s much quieter but still a short walk to restaurants.

This hotel was excellent! Very clean, comfortable, luxurious and very classy! The staff was very pleasant and helpful! They were very gracious and always with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of stations with an assortment of dishes hot and cold. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a nice room with a huge bathroom. First time I have had a bathroom the same size as the bedroom. The color and décor was very Venetian. The breakfast was wonderful - 5* with a friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was good but the soap dispenser ran out on day one and was not replenished so I got the impression the staff cleaned well but did not check the items not immediately obvious. Same applied to the tea and coffee in the room also not replenished. Minor issue. The location is great and of course being Venice you can walk everywhere.

The one downside of this and many other properties in Venice is you can either have a very expensive small room and get breakfast in the hotel OR you can have a beautiful big and inexpensive apartment (same hotel) but Venice law means you are not allowed to eat breakfast in the hotel no matter what your circumstances! I find this very backward and was my only issue with this place.

Third Visit to Palazzo Paruta - A Venetian Jewel!

On my third visit to Palazzo Paruta, I’m as enchanted as ever! This beautifully restored 17th-century noble residence is a fusion of Venetian charm and modern luxury. Located a short walk from Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring Venice. Each room exudes elegance, comfort, and a nod to its noble past. The service is impeccable, making each stay memorable. The breakfast is a delightful array of local and international cuisine. Palazzo Paruta is more than a hotel; it’s an experience of true Venetian grandeur. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Wonderful experience. I’m very pleased to share.

Top location less than 10 minutes walk from L’Accademi or San Marco. Peaceful neighborhood just two minutes from San Stefano square full of osterias and trattorias with local food and great quality. I had a full apartment for my 4 members family, nice, elegant, beautiful design, two ambiances and full of amenities. Great team, wonderful service and helpful all the time. Amazing breakfast. Try to have it there. It will be impossible to have a better breakfast. They will include a different selection of pastries, fruits and bread. Very fresh and served in a beautiful cafeteria. Just two blocks from San Angelo station and the Alilaguna ferry to the airport, very easy to find and to get even with bid luggage and four family members. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone, couples or families. Great job guys. Hope to see you in the future. I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The room we were given was the worst in the hotel. The ceiling was so low that we couldn't even raise our arms, and the room was tiny with barely any space to walk. It is not at all like the photos. I think they just put up the pictures of their apartments. Also, there was no easy access to sockets for charging our phones. The air freshener in the lobby had a terrible smell that caused a headache every time we walked through. However, there was one highlight of my stay: the breakfast. It was exceptional. The chef was incredibly great, making sure everything was perfect and the variety and quality of the food were fantastic. I believe most of the good reviews are for their apartments. The hotel itself is terrible and it is definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Travelled here with my family of 6. The unit was room with a large living room, and 3 bedrooms. We stayed in the top floor, be prepared for some stairs to get to the room. The unit is a 10 minute walk to St. Marc’s Square. Check in was easy with friendly and courteous staff.

Great hotel with wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was awesome with lots to choose from and the staff both at the bar and breakfast were great. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed bed, large bathroom and courtyard out front. Only minor issue we had was the quality of the Wifi in our particular room (1st floor at the back of the property). Wifi worked fine everywhere else. Definitely would stay here again.

Elegante boutique hotel sito in un palazzo storico del cuore di Venezia, sestiere di San Marco, ma in una posizione riservata e strategica, distante solo pochi passi dalle maggiori attrattive culturali e dalle zone più suggestive della città. Camera curata, silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Accoglienza impeccabile e personale molto disponibile ed efficiente. Ottima e ricca la colazione. Semplicemente perfetto.
