This is a wonderful place for a family to stay. Three super-king beds (two in one room, one in another) was perfect for us (couple with three children). Vanessa was really friendly and helpful. The area is ideal - close to Piazza San Marco but not noisy, and with a great view out on to the canal.

Amazing and a memorable stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The unit was very clean and comfortable for our family with 3 young children. The location was the best with just steps away from St. Marks square, and Rialto bridge. The area is lined with shops and eateries. A safe, and family friendly location. The host was amazing and recommended us places to visit, which we really appreciated as the walk to these places provided us a glimpse of true Venice and out of the regular tourist hot spots.

During our visit to Italy we stayed in 400E a night hotels in Rome and Milan prior to our stay here in Venice. There is no comparison. The hotel is clean, spacious and updated but full charm and right in the best location on canal way but close 5 min walk to San Marco square. Vanessa greets you and makes you feel welcome and can engage with you in English.

Vanessa is the best host we’ve ever had, hands down! The apartment was perfect in every way, we even had a view of the canal and gondolas. Location was perfect; 1 beautiful romantic bridge away from Piazza San Marco. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, book it.

We could not ask for better location in Venice, and the rooms for our family of 5 were very big. Staff was great. Water taxi will also take you right to the front door from the airport or train station. I would absolutely stay at Corte Grimani again.
