Venice Rialto Penthouse with terrace and canal view wifi air conditioning

  • Magnificent penthouse (4th floor) of a building of few units, without elevator, completely renovated and with new style furniture, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Venetian roofs, from which you can admire the bell tower of S. Marco, where you can comfortably eat or sunbathe.
    The apartment consists of: a spacious entrance that leads directly to the kitchen and terrace but also to the large living room with satellite TV and DVD and dining room which has a rectangular table for six people.
    The two bedrooms are both doubles (one double the other with two single beds that can be joined) and are equipped with large wardrobes and from the windows you can admire the Venetian canal where gondolas pass daily
    There are two bathrooms, one with shower, toilet, bidet, the other with the use of the toilet only.
    The apartment has air conditioning and independent heating and wifi
