This loft strikes its guests with its brightness and clean, modern design in white tones. It consists of a spacious and bright living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom, and a mezzanine with a double bed. It is equipped with internet access (wi-fi), central heating, air conditioning, 2 electric mosquito repellent devices, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and kettle.

In front of the entrance of the palace is the Squero di San Trovaso, one of the few squeri currently in operation in Venice where gondolas are built and repaired. Additionally, it is located 100 m from the "Zattere" vaporetto stop, from which you can take the vaporetto towards Lido, Giudecca Island, Tronchetto, Piazzale Roma, and Railway Station. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Ponte dell'Accademia, from which you can walk towards Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Furthermore, a well-stocked supermarket is reached within 500 meters.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax will be requested, which amounts to 5€ per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the credit card details of the guests will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
