We stayed at this hotel because the reviews were so good and because of the location so close to the Maidan. Turns out the reviews were quite accurate. Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful and very security conscious. Only a few steps from Maidan. Worth the money.

The Opera Hotel is on a quiet street where you can relax in luxurious comfort, without any pretension. The beds, linens, and bathroom amenities are excellent and you feel pampered, but your privacy is respected as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay at Bontiak Hotel. Starting with the room - it was clean, spacious, with really good blackout curtains (for those 4am sunrises), remote-controlled a/c.Super quiet, first time in Europe I didn't need earplugs. I spent 8 nights at the Vozdvyzhensky in late October, as a tourist. It was my first trip to Kiev. I do hope to go back, and I would not consider any other hotel. Its location is perfect for exploring the city; EVERYONE working there was extremely warm and helpful, and completely welcoming. A truly nice small property 1-2 metro station from the heart of Kiev. suites/apartmnts are spacious and have everything you need. didnt try the breakfast they offer via the Patisserie adjacent, but their cakes and sandwiches are amazing.

From the U.S. Staying in Kiev for business for 5 days. I was unsure about this hotel because of the mixed reviews but I can say this was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were huge, full facilities with a bedroom, full closet, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The staff was very helpful booking us taxi's when necessary and we are a cooked breakfast every morning at the restaurant. As my first trip to Eastern Europe I wasn't sure how good the facilities of the hotels...

I stayed for 6 days at the Senator Victory Square. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff is superb, always ready to help, and made thing very easy. The restaurant is a hidden gem. Food was fantastic, service impeccable, and atmosphere terrific.

I have been to this hotel twice now. Once in June and again in December. A great stay both times and will do it again when i come back. Old soviet style building so don't expect the Hilton. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially if you only speak English. All staff is very fluent in English making easy for English speakers. Breakfast buffet was great. Great hotel. I was soo pleased to stay in Sherborne Apt /Hotel. It is a such a beautiful, very clean and quiet place. Has a well equipped kitchen! This is really important to me when I travel so I can cook a little and eat healthier.
