"Air conditioning worked a treat, lovely sized room with a fridge which was helpful. Cleaned daily. Great shower facilities, hairdryer in room. Breakfast was good but could have done with more fruit variety(only oranges). Good staff- knowledgabke of area and facilities around "

"I was in a different room this time and the wifi was not as good as the room I had before, but I was tired and didn't feel like a Whatsapp call anyway. This hotel is wonderful. I chose it partly for the airport shuttle, but I found it to be outstanding in all areas. It even has a restaurant and bar that also serves light dishes on the premises. I arrived exhausted from travel and was happy to make use of these without having to go out looking for something nearby. I give Crowne Plaza a 10!"

"Description states elevator, however if you’re staying on the 2nd floor & have a room 253 or above, you’re climbing another 1-1/2 flights of narrow winding stairs. And going to the 3rd floor and coming down does not work! The carpet is threadbare on the stairs. If you go to the breakfast after 9:15 the room is overly overly warm. This hotel should not be rated at 7. This is the smallest room I have ever seen and it slanted. "
