"Property location is great and is very comfortable, with two full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Working air conditioning. Maria and Carlo are great with communication and with helping to get transportation and recommendations. A very comfortable stay, with top notch hosts. Highly recommended."

"Stayed here recently with my husband and 2 adult daughters. The flat was perfect - Carlo and Maria arranged for an airport water taxi pickup and other transportation while we were in Venice. Flat was clean and conveniently located. Can’t wait to return!"

"We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Concierge were the best and helped us plan months before and were so friendly and helpful for organizing and giving ideas. We had the spa in the room which was wonderful. Very clean and we found it easy to get around using google maps ! Had a private Gondola from the hotel and water taxi from airport to Hotel and these all made for an absolute fantastic break. Would definitely come back to this Hotel if ever in Venice and highly recommend"
