"This place is beyond perfect! We had no bridges to cross from Rialto Bridge, which was nice with our luggage. The accommodations were impeccably clean. The staff were wonderful, every one of them. Close to everything. Easy to locate with maps. I highly recommend this place. "

"I booked last minute and the owner was able to meet us at the property. Check in was easy. The bedroom was nice and clean, along with the bathroom and there were towels. Also there was tv with cable, ac (did not turn on) and a fan. If i come back def will return."

"Had a pleasant stay. Appreciated finding a reasonably priced place in Venice and breakfast was provided. Staff were polite and professional, free breakfast in the morning was quite nice. The room was also reasonably spacious for being a converted monastery. The room only had basic amenities (just a bed, cabinet, and lights) and the elevator is very slow, neither of which was bothersome or concerning. We enjoyed our time there and will stay there again if we make it back to Venice."

"Victoria checked us in and she was very friendly and thorough. She also helped us with directions to various places. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice. The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect. "

"The property was extremely close to all major squares and landmarks that Venice has to offer. But it also had small quiet alley ways which was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. We got engaged just next to the apartments near the canal. Beautiful dock at the end of alley and amazing service by everyone we met at the apartments. Will definitely be returning in the future. "We stayed in the B&B operated by the Aqua Palace Hotel. Breakfast can be served in your room or you can go to the delicious full service buffet in the main hotel just a few steps away. Front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. They helped us with navigating the city, restaurant recommendations and train tickets. "Laura greeted us, assisted with our luggage and reviewed the facilities, breakfast and gave us a map along with a booklet of recommended dining, shops, ferry info, etc. We stayed in the Attica room sharing with our friends for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed 2 additional nights. It rained on and off both days and the first evening we brought a few groceries in from a local market and sat at the table in our “suite” with a bottle of wine, cheeses and fresh bread chatting! "The proprietor is Claudia and she was extremely receptive and helpful, providing very easy to understand instructions the entire way. The building is a mere 3 minute walk from the nearest vaporetto station (Giglio) and the location is excellent. Close to everything but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Square. Very quiet, and the room has all the amenities one would expect from a well-run B&B. Spent 3 nights here and hope to return someday. 😊👍"
