"This property was absolutely amazing!!! Our favorite stay on our 10 day trip in Italy. Valentina was an amazing host. She helped arrange our water taxi arrival/departure. We also got a walk through tour of the house and some wine and prosecco to boot! The views from the terrace were spectacular and the location was very convenient. Also the A.C. was very cold, which was important if visiting in summer months. I would recommend this for any group looking to have a magical stay in Venice. 10 out...

"This place was a horrible experience. The night before we arrived the owner messaged us saying that something went wrong at the property and switched where we were going to stay. When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. "Great, not directly in Venice, so you won't have to carry luggage through the streets or on a water shuttle. But if you arrive early you will have to rent lockers for your luggage or wait for your room. Breakfast was a great buffet and staff was really helpful with tips to navigate the city."

"This hotel is very well situated - just a short block from a water bus stop and an easy walk to San Marco square. The room we had was small but comfortable. The building is old so getting to and from the room was a little convoluted, but we figured it out. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. They had water and juice available all the time."

"Fantastic and helpful staff. They were accommodating enough to let us drop off luggage a few hours early before check in and the luggage was waiting for us in our room. Fantastic room that was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location right across from the train station and within walking distance of more than a dozen restaurants. We felt safe and well accommodated there. The only slight hiccup was that, for a hotel of this status, we felt the breakfast was a little lacking. The eggs, sausage, bacon, and beans were not very good. The fruit was fairly mediocre as well. The pastries/bread were adequate, and the cheeses were good, as well as the coffee/hot chocolate. In spite of the mediocre breakfast, in all other regards, this hotel was far and away the best we stayed at during our entire 10-day European trip. I would definitely stay here again."
