All staff are very kind and friendly. Location is so convenient Ifor the station.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

The Hotel Casa W is a small, sweet hotel with lovely staff that is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to travel from there to Venice's many cultural destinations, and it's a relief to return to in the evening. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and well-stocked.

We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very cute. Taking the advice from a previous reviewer, we got a canel view (rm3), and we loved it so much. It can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise but didn’t bother us (in fact we slept so well). After a week travel through Italy we were starting to wear down and our stay at Hotel Arcadia was a pleasant surprise of comfort and hospitality. Grazie Mille Hotel Orologio! Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early and they held our bags while we went sightseeing. The breakfast buffet has ample options in addition to having fresh juices and delicious cappuccino. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

This is a charming hotel. It is in a great location near shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no “traffic” noise because it is located on a a small alley. My inability to speak Italian was not a problem.
