"We have always loved the location by Main Street and the historic building despite the lack of more modern amenities. Since most rooms don’t have hand grips on the walls of the bathtubs, we may not be staying here from now on, unless they have accessible rooms available. She had a nasty injury (not the hotel’s fault) while there, and we just can’t afford to take chances."

"The landscaping was spectacular, and the passage to and on the beach were equally impressive. We love the Gulf Stream for coffee and simple breakfast. The pool was easily accessible and was well maintained. The rooms were very spacious, (maybe the decor was slightly dated). Would definitely stay here again; really enjoyed our three day vacation."
