The quality of the towels was subpar considering the price of the room. The are is industrial and far from downtown. Breakfast wasn't very good and we had to wait 20 minutes before being helped. Even though there was buffet style we couldn't help ourselves but had to wait until the waitress helped us. Overall it was an average stay.
This is the 3rd time I stayed because it is on route to my destination. Of the 3 times I stayed there I had hot water only one time. That is unforgivable so I will be using my precious hotel that is a bit further but has all the amenities including a strong wifi signal. a hot shower is essential to weary travellers.
Does not have a restaurant, only a small breakfast option in the morning( not good)
Also worst part was no hot or warm water for showers. Told front desk, she said “uh…oh…sorry??” Every thing else was ok, not horrible.
The building is very modern and nice, and the staff were nice and helpful. It is strange that in some nice looking hotels in Mexico they make you not want to come back by skimping on important details. The first was the wifi. They have a unique login for each room, but the signal was unstable and so slow it was basically unusable. The service man came immediately and rebooted the device, but with no improvement. Their solution was for me to use the business meeting room, which was very nice of them, but I would prefer to use my room as I do in all other hotels. The coffee make was a unique device I had not seen, but it also did not work as instructed. To top it off there was no hot water in the morning to shave and shower. My friends, you have invested a great deal in a very nice looking hotel. Don't ruin the investment by loosing your customers because you want to save a little on the customary and necessary details.
