Very clean and comfortable room with a. Nice staff at a great price

.

Nice

Every one of the staff was helpful and so friendly. I definitely look forward to my next trip to Boca del Rio and another stay here. I am learning Spanish and the staff did their best to speak to me in Spanish but a little slower so that I could understand and I appreciated that rather than switching to English.

The staff is really friendly, the restaurant offers traditional meals from Veracruz and the breakfast buffet is a fantastic way to start the day, it includes great "antojitos" and freshly baked bread. Our room was cozy, we were facing the Mercado de Artesanias, it was nice to see the palm trees and people enjoy their days. The hotel is located next to a bus stop, so if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone you can ride different buses that bring you to different tourist destinations...

Just a nice hotel that’s well maintained with great staff and great food. Oh. And a great spa. Perfect for a romantic getaway too!

Clean room, great view. Direct access to beach.

Es un lugar limpio y buen ubicado. El personal altamente atento y servicial.. todas las áreas cumplen con las expectativas de acurdo al precio

Great location and welcoming staff. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, as well as the artisan market/mercado artesanal, the puerto/the port, and the iconic La Parroquia cafe. The AC was great, the room space was great, I could work from the hotel, and there were 2 bottles of water which were a blessing in the heat. Check in was quick even though we checked in after 9:30pm.

Breakfast was great and property was very well maintained.

Excelente servicio, instalaciones adecuada y buena ubicación, un poco retirado del centro pero con buen acceso

Plus free 5 gallon of drinking water whenever you need it replaced along with paper towels and toilet paper. Host speaks very good English and is very attentive via WhatsApp.

I like location everyting was close distance ,public transportacion also available

The hotel is on a great location near two major malls, it does not have ocean view, but the location makes for it. You can walk to the malls but I would recommend taking a taxi as the weather will make you sweat a lot. Great service and the place is very clean. The food is not my favorite but it is ok.

Great stay, friendly staff that seems to enjoy what they do. Clean room, everything worked well, we had no issues while there. There was however something I saw once I was leaving, the lady who was cleaning the bathrooms on the pool area swept te soapy water into the pool. But I did not use the pool so, I have no problem.

I will defenly will bring my family in my nest trip
