Great staff, very polite and very nice people

Grand Hotel des Lles Borromees is a wonderfully elegant hotel set lakeside with beautiful grounds and gardens. My wife and I extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights - expensive, but well worth it. We were there for a wedding venue. Hotel is lovely although I would not say it’s particularly kid friendly. The beach is very small. Our room was beautiful. The food was quite good. We made a suggestion that they have a ideal list for people who want to spend two or three hours away from the hotel or the region for things to do

Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!

La Casa nel Bosco was a real surprise gem outside of Milan. Marco was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, as was the entire house. We were also incredibly grateful that they offer a ride to the airport for a very reasonable fee. I would love to come back and just spend a few days at this peaceful property.

Phenomenal. Incredible architecturally significant property with top-quality gourmet restaurant offering mind blowing tasting menu. Staff is absolutely the best it can be. Best service and food there is. Must see and experience to believe.

Charming old world Hotel. Great for a romantic getaway. Family run business, wonderful staff.

The rooms are nice and clean. However, if you have room that face the street, it is very noisy starting at 5:30am. It well insulated if you sleep with the windows closed. Breakfast is ok. Friendly staff.

Spacious rooms with well appointed bathroom and massage shower. Restaurant offerings were above average with a good wine list. Friendly staff and overall pleasant stay. Really quick access (20 minutes) by car to Malpensa airport.

I loved the views and that we had access to amazing grocery store (similar to Whole Foods) with a 15 minute walk (it’s moderate intensity to walk as some of it is uphill.) loved the huge rooms , even with the kitchen and all the amenities of an apartment and of course the balcony!

Pick up from the airport went smoothly and restaurant food was very good
