I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. "

"Good, quiet position only a few hundred metres from centre of Antagnod. Very friendly welcome at reception. Rooms absolutely immaculate. Apartment ideal for short family stay in the mountains. Simple but very clean and functional bathroom. Nice kitchenette. Much less expensive than similar apartments in the area, so excellent value."

The person in charge was not available and the only option that we were offered increased the price by 70% just for one more person (four people instead of three, as originally booked). "Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks....
