Excellent from start to end. HIGHLY recommend. It is called Charmante because it is really charming. - clean rooms - beautiful rooms - very professional staff - amazing a la carte breakfast Don’t skip on this boutique hotel

We were welcomed by the staff who offered us refreshments while we checked in and then were walked to the lift. The room was beautiful and clean. If in this area again I will stay here again.

Very helpful staff

The room was cozy and had everything we needed. We had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, and the food was phenomenal. The staff was very kind and helpful and spoke English well.

This place was located in such stunning location!! Just across the river by a lake and with the views of the mountains and waterfalls. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well furnished with all the things you need for cooking. The owners where very nice and helpful! 10/10!! Can wait to come back and stay there again

Really nice boutique hotel. We loved that it used to be a farm and it was full of so many sweet touches that made it unique. Loved the view of the valley from the property. Free parking was a bonus since we had the rental car, and we enjoyed the breakfast. This stay stands out from our trip because it was such a unique place. Highly recommended. Also we are birdwatchers and the surrounding gardens gave us an opportunity to add some species to our life lists!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location...The room as large and very nice, the hotel is beautiful, location could not have been better...just steps from the fish market and shopping in the harbor...oh and do not miss the breakfast buffet -it's excellent!

This hotel is steps away from present day. It has an old world charm and a feeling of peace without cars and just the sound of waterfalls and nature.

The area around the hotel is well maintained and lots of restaurants to choose from. The reception desk women were helpful and would get items needed in your room

The location was perfect for our destination surrounded They have hotel room and cabins, make secure you specify or look wich you want in your reservation . They also have camping area, They also have restaurant in place with menu that changes daily. And with cold temperatures you’re unable to change the temperature in the room.

We stayed in the 1st floor unit so didn't have ti navigate the stairs. Great location and clean. We didn't spend much time there - too busy seeing the sights. Please note that the building is red and the door is off the main street. Also house number not marked. After that all was great!
