"Location was great. The property and entrance is very gloomy looking. The room its self is very very small. The on suite was so small that when you sat on the toilet you would be able to wash your hair in the sink. I know London is expensive, but for the price that you paying here, you would have at least expected a clean place to stay. The furniture and curtains need to be replaced. Maintenance needs to be done. Its generally dirty and not well maintained."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was super easy to find. Only a short walk from the subway station. I would definitely stay again next time. Room was little small but for a solo traveler it was perfect especially as someone who was out exploring all day. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were also clean."

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"Staff very helpful and returned our car keys. A big thank you to the female receptionist! The hotel itself is bland and is a bog stand business model. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. The hotel bathroom, even in the deluxe room doesn’t have a stand alone shower and is cramped. The view we had over the docks was however very pleasant and there is lots going on once you leave the...
