"My corner room was very spacious with a view of the city. Great breakfast buffet with many choices. Loved having an onsen. Soundproof rooms with excellent blackout curtains. The TV provides a status on how many washers are available, how much time is remaining on each machine and how busy the onsen is. Great location. Very helpful staff. I'd stay here again!"

"This Marriott is in a great location. It’s right outside the train station and there are several stores and restaurants nearby. Our room had a great view of the bay. From here it’s easy to get to other locations in Nagasaki. The staff was fantastic. I’ll probably plan another vacation to Nagasaki to stay at this hotel."

"Our tatami room was incredibly dirty, dusty and bathroom wS leaking n smelly. Bathroom near dining room, water leaked around the toulet when flushed. Sests stuck to dining room floors because floors were vrimy n sticky. When i showed the staff at the front desk, pictures of the grimy tib, they only apologizedand said the hotel is old. We have stayed in 400 yo lodgings in narita, rome and venice that were clean! I wish i could show u puctures that i took! "
