"Only issue was that the room was vetting warm and the A/C wasn't great. However, by lowering the blinds and opening the windows it helped. Excellent staff, wonderful location and very good buffet breakfast"

"We had a room without natural light, and while comfortable and quiet, it was a weird experience. Alarm clock was the only way to wake up. Breakfast was fresh and typical items. Terrace is very nice and location is excellent, walking distance to almost anywhere. Plenty of dining options and metro 2 blocks away."

"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "
