"The property was very big and clean with everything you could need. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pans etc. and the beds were comfy. The pool area was amazing and the pool was very clean despite it not being covered, although it was a bit chilly! The gardens were lovely and well maintained, as the whole property was. More sun loungers would have been good for the size of the property. The basement was a great space for snooker, table football etc but the bedroom wasn't ideal...

"We had a wonderful time at Margarida’s place-she’s truly thought of everything! We were a group of 10 family members including a baby, 6 year old and 11 and 14 year old. We all felt we had our own privacy and there were lots of places to eat and chill out around the property. The photos do not do this place justice! Margarida was a wonderful host and was on hand on the phone if we needed her but allowed us our privacy at the same time. We would love to return!"

"Beautiful property with lovely views with everything you could possibly need catered for. The swimming pool was always inviting and Sofia was always at hand when needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away from it all but still within a short drive from the lovely town of Ponte de Lima and also only half hour drive from the likes of Braga and 40 minutes from Porto which were all worth a visit."

Fit, finish and cleanliness of the villa were all excellent, the gardens were immaculate and the pool was large enough for two teenage boys not to feel constrained. Having a car is recommended to get about to places like Guimareas or Braga and the pool could be much deeper but other than that, we had an amazing experience! "Super house in a beautiful setting. It has everything you need, plenty of room, peace and quiet. Coming back to the house after a long day of hiking in Geres was just perfect.
