"Lacks amenities and restaurants. Other restaurants on property were far away. There was no person available to help with luggage on arrival. Not much instruction on how to navigate to different properties and restaurants or help booking activities"

"Unfortunately and not the resorts fault there were Crocodiles on the water. So didn’t get to enjoy the small beach of the place. Also the swimming pool was small and was packed and people put a towel on beach chairs and didn’t occupy… need better control of that."

"Whatever I needed. Was delivered immediately. The staff are friendly, professional and kind. I have been visiting Costa de Oro since 2003 and find it like home. Though my health has gone downhill so I will not be returning but my husband may."
