Hotel is a real 5 star hotel . We stay only two night and we used all the fantastic facility on the thermal spa . The food is fantastic the service at reception great and all the personnel are top class and very friendly .

Lovely hotel for country side holiday and rest. Recommend! Food is good, staff friendly and helpful. Setting is very nice, I am coming back, but next time bring my wife!

Great staff, easy check in and instructions. Walkable to station and extremely peaceful and safe location! Breakfast was really tasty and coffee station right outside of my place. I had a beautiful view of the alley.

Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

Right in the town center and very close to the train station. The building is beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful. Of course, as an American with jetlag, i would like coffee in the room. Otherwise perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Kranjska Gora and in particular in Garni Hotel Miklic. A literal slice of heaven. Sadly we were only passing through on our way to a wedding in Italy, but after the way we were treated at this place, we are currently planning a full vacation here. We were greeted by the kindest gentleman at the front, and every single person was so kind and helpful. Loved it! This hotel is expensive, but I believe it offers great value. It’s luxurious without being pretentious, and I appreciate the fact that they do not charge you for every little thing, but rather include almost everything in the price. I highly recommend this hotel.
