"There were bugs inside the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, the bidet spray was broken, and even the safe box was out of order.
The service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful at all.
When I reported the issues, they simply ignored them.
I strongly don’t recommend staying here — it doesn’t deserve even one star.
