The location was very convenient for both the airport-Schiphol by train and for Amsterdam Grand Centraal station by Metro 54. Both were approximately 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA . They even have an Albert Heijn supermarket at the metro/train station, The breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from with choices for vegans too. We arrived really early from the States to check in at hotel but check in isn’t until 3 pm? The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get to our room asap.Young lady running the restaurant was equally helpful? We initially arrived to early to check in she allowed us access to restaurant for beverages and breakfast which was over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome experience in customer service and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

We were there overnight. A very short drive out of town. The hotel is lovely. Staff were friendly, room was much bigger and more comfortable than what's available in town for the same price. Definitely worth it if you have a car. Not much in the neighborhood; in the summer I am sure the green areas would be beautiful, but it was winter so they were a bit grey and rainy (well, it's the Netherlands!).

We stayed here for 10 nights. All the staff members were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great...nice variety of foods to choose from. The omelette station was a big hit with my daughter - thank you to the chefs and the rest of the breakfast staff! The closeness of the hotel to the Amsterdam’s RAI station was very convenient. A 5 minute walk to the Tram, Metro or Train. Thank you to Manager Peter vam Steen for the personalized note and chocolate for the kids. We look forward...

Really the perfect hotel for the museum tour, in easy walking distance to all of them. The canal is lovely and quiet, tons of busy restaurants in a 4-5 block radius, lively night-life, friendly, busy, fun. Lobby recently renovated and very enjoyable with a view of the canal -- the breakfast service is superlative. What's not to love? If you stay, book a panoramic room, you won't be disappointed.
