"This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for adventure and just relaxation without all fancy stuff. Concordia is the place for you. If you cannot do stairs then this place isn’t the place for you. You are located in a beautiful hillside with tons of stairs all around you. If you don’t need ac then this place is perfect for you in the tents. But they do have ac units as well. It’s rustic but brings you back to nature. You have an amazing beach just a half mile from the place called salt pond that you could just spend the whole day there and snorkel beautiful waters. Take a hike to ramhead trail from the resort. I stayed in unit 13 with no ac and had the best crosswinds coming through my unit. "

"Perfect Getaway!! Even better than expected. The property was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the bedding was very comfortable. The location was ideal. Close enough to all attractions, but definitely a qiet and relaxing area. We especially liked the outdoor space and enjoyed all of our meals on the patio overlooking Coral Bay.The host, Lois, was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even providing local recommendations that turned out to be amazing. Her attention to detail was honestly amazing!!!! It was those little things, like a pen and notepad at the bedside; a small flashlight at bedside. These little items make a big difference!!!!! "We had a great time, and I’d stay there again, but owners need to adddress a few things. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the deer that came to our door, the spacious house with room for we 6, plus room to spare.We also arrived to learn that the home next door was having an addition built so there was construction noise every day. That wasn’t management’s fault, just one of the things that can happen. There are also 3 markets nearby and convenient. Once construction is finished and a few furniture and maintenance items have been addressed, you’ll love staying here. "

"The house is absolutely beautiful!! The views are amazing!! Having the option of renting the truck from owner is an added bonus. The outdoor showers were definitely new to me but having fresh air while showering was amazing. The kitchen had a lot of spices and plenty of pots and pans. There were wonderful pool floats available to use. The outside closet had 6 beach chairs, beach tent, back pack cooler, a small and medium hard coolers, snorkel mask and flippers and additional pool floats. The owner checked on us by text several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The weather was absolutely beautiful during our stay so hanging out on the pool deck was a must. Plenty of chairs and additional table with chairs was available. "

"Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at night and the layout of the house was perfect for my family. Thank you Blue pearl villa for being exactly what my family needed!"

"We had a terrific stay here! We used to love camping, but now our bodies love comfortable beds and air conditioning. This place has the best of both! The container room was completely comfortable. The kitchen area has a refrigerator so it was easy to keep supplies there. And you are surrounded by nature - deer, donkeys, goats, sugarbirds, toads... This site is located near Salt Pond Bay, the best beach on St. John, in my opinion, as well as the start to Ram Head trail, which is a gorgeous hike. It's is not at all commercial - no rentals or concessions - but the owner of the site has gear that you can borrow, including umbrellas, chairs floaties, and snorkel gear. (And you'll want snorkel gear because there is very cool snorkeling at Salt Pond Bay.) Except for Salt Pond Bay, you can't walk anywhere, but Coral Bay is about a 10 minute drive and there are restaurants and small markets there. "

"Beautiful property with breathtaking views. Newly renovated and the attention to detail is obvious with comfortable beds, soft linens, and beautiful furnishings. The host is responsive and provides a fantastic welcome packet with information on beaches, where to find groceries, etc. Highly recommend for your next vacation in paradise."
