"The entire Thompson Hotel was excellent. The entire Hotel seems to have been upgraded. We've been staying at the hotel before it was the Thompson and it has never been as nice as it is now. Great management, great staff A wonderful establisment."

Many folks may be hesitant about the number of steps but I assure you the views make it all worth while. Large rooms with beautiful decks and a pool & happy hour bar you will not get anywhere else! Loved it all."

"We have been going to Zihua for more than 20 years and Rashids place was amazing. One of the best we've stayed at. The view was amazing and the amenities were second to none. The location is on the southern most part of Playa La Ropa, nestled away in the trees. We woke up to wonderful bird calls and good hear the waves from the location. Rashid has excellent local help with Fredy and Jacquie. Fredy went beyond our expectations, doing an amazing pre-shop for groceries before we arrived. We were picked up at the airport with a prearranged ride, complete with cold beers for purchase. We love to take the scenic ride from the airport to Playa Ropa, and the driver obliged. Rashid's place was stocked with everything we could've used. Loved the large table out on the veranda where we played lots of games. The kitchen was completely functional, and allowed us to make a few great breakfasts. Couldn't have asked for a better place and caring host."

"Absolutely perfect for us ,the house was very spacious,clean and well stocked.Grandkids loved the pool and the view of the ocean by day and lights at night were my favorite. I hope to make it back again soon"

"We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. The apartment stays fairly cool due to the direction it faces and concrete design. The kitchen had an assortment of pot’s and pans so we could make simple meals. The host was very attentive when we needed some help. The beach was very close however, you have to walk up and down 76 stairs. We thought the entire complex was very clean and the pool was quiet and relaxing. We hope to return someday. "

"The views from the condo were magnificent. There were plenty of beach supplies like chairs, towels and toys. The condo is spacious and easily fit our family of 5 in the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. We each had our own privacy and the kitchen and outdoor living room were lovely. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving with a traditional turkey we cooked in the oven. The owner was always available and communication was flawless. Excellent condo we would easily rent again. Highly recommended. "
