"The hotel is very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and feature excellent amenities, including mini refrigerators, a hospitality tray with coffee and tea, modern furnishings, and a large, modern TV—well above the average in Italy, where hotel TVs are often much smaller.
The hotel was clean throughout all its areas. The gym is very well equipped, and there is also a games area. The property is used as accommodation for students, which is why it is maintained in excellent condition and includes laundry, drying, and ironing facilities.
The hotel is located no more than five minutes from the bus and train stations, making transportation very convenient.
What I liked the most—and what is very difficult to find in Italy—is the quality of the service. The staff always had a positive attitude, were helpful, and were genuinely willing to assist in a friendly and professional manner.
There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Some of the surrounding streets are a bit dark and dirty, but the hotel itself feels like a building that was brought from somewhere else and placed there—it truly stands out from its surroundings.
