"This hotel was one of our favorites over our 3 week holiday on Crete. Many other reviewers commented on the lack of parking so we proactively reached out to the hotel to get recommendations on where to park. There is a free lot about 100 meters from the hotel. It's a gravel lot, but it did the job. There is a small pull out where you can drop your luggage quickly before you move the car. From the reception to the wait staff this hotel was on point. The room was spacious and modern and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the water. The hotel has it's own restaurant and bar which is quite delicious. The private beach, like most Crete beaches, is rocky and water shoes are a good choice, but it is quiet and the water is clean and warm. We truly enjoyed our stay! It is a bit too far to walk to Old Town but the cabs are cheap and a good way to get back and forth (even if you have a car - the cab is a good way to get to Old Town)."

"Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."
